Terms of Service

By accessing or using Debridly("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Debridly acts as an intermediary that, on your request, retrieves direct download URLs from supported third-party file hosts. We do not host, upload, or distribute any user-generated files. All files reside on the originating host.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase a paid subscription. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Download or distribute material you do not have the right to access.
• Circumvent technical limits, share Premium credentials, or resell access.
• Run automated scrapers, abuse rate limits, or interfere with service availability.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations.

You must not use the Service to request, retrieve, generate links to, access, share, promote, or facilitate access to prohibited content or illegal activity. Prohibited content and conduct includes, without limitation:

• Sexually explicit content, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content involving sexual violence.
• Child sexual abuse material, sometimes referred to as child pornography, or any sexual, exploitative, abusive, or endangering content involving minors.
• Copyrighted works, pirated media, cracked software, leaked content, or other intellectual-property-infringing material unless you have the legal right to access and use it.
• Malware, phishing kits, stolen credentials, fraud tools, hacking resources, or content used to compromise accounts, systems, or networks.
• Content or activity connected to terrorism, violent extremism, trafficking, harassment, doxxing, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any other unlawful purpose.

Violations may result in immediate link blocking, account suspension, account termination, loss of access to paid features, preservation of relevant records, and reports to hosting providers, rights holders, payment processors, law enforcement, or child-safety authorities where appropriate or legally required.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or legal basis before using the Service with any third-party content. The Service must not be used to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

We may block URLs, disable access, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts of users who infringe rights or are determined to be repeat infringers. Copyright complaints should be submitted under our DMCA Policy.

Premium subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with our refund policy. Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable once confirmed on-chain.

Each supported host has its own per-user daily cap. Caps reset at 00:00 UTC. Caps and the host list may change at any time.

The Service depends on third-party file hosts that may go offline, remove files, or change their policies without notice. We do not guarantee that any specific host will be available at any given time.

All trademarks, host names, and brand assets belong to their respective owners. The Debridly name, logo, and software are our property.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Debridly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may terminate or suspend access, with or without notice, for breaches of these Terms, suspected illegal activity, risk to the Service, or risk to other users or third parties.

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
